I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve been longlisted for the prestigious Aesthetica Art Prize 2025. Being recognized by such an esteemed jury of influential art figures – including curators, academics, and artists from diverse media – is a true honor. This accolade highlights my work as among the best in contemporary artistic practice.
The Aesthetica Art Prize, established in 2007, is a significant platform in the contemporary art world for painting, photography, film, installation, digital, and mixed media. It has showcased thousands of artists, putting their work in front of curators and gallerists from across the world, including those from Tate Modern, Barbican, Guggenheim, Brooklyn Museum, British Journal of Photography, Creative Review, YSP, Frieze, London Art Fair and more.

AESTHETICA ART PRIZE 2025:
“Art is a powerful catalyst for change: breaking down walls, shaking up old narratives, and sparking urgent conversations that question the world as we know it. At a time when the future feels uncertain, The Aesthetica Art Prize brings together visionaries and artists who confront the biggest issues facing humanity today. This collection of work confronts the relentless advancement of technology, the existential realities of climate change, the deep scars of colonialism, and the ongoing fight for gender equality and racial justice. These artists use bold, boundary-pushing mediums – painting, photography, sculpture, video and installation – to give voice to stories often untold.”
I am very happy to be part of a remarkable network of international artists who are creating a new dialogue that defies paradigms, contributing to the progression of the human story, artists who will leave a legacy, influencing generations to come.
I look forward to my work being featured in the digital showcase at York Art Gallery (UK) starting in September 2025, alongside the physical exhibition of finalists and the award-winner of the Prize.
